We go beyond the standard ‘flexible working’ statement – we acknowledge that flexible means different things to everyone and encourage our staff to be authentic. We believe that to foster an engaging and effective workplace, we need to invest in our people’s wellbeing as a consistent measurement within the business. We have a wide variety of carers leave options, including ‘pawternity’ leave, and give you the option to purchase additional leave for those unexpected life events.
Our parental leave options for the primary carer include 8 weeks' pay at the commencement of their leave, and a 10 week welcome back bonus. The secondary carer can access 20 days paid leave, and an additional 4 weeks if they become the primary carer.
We celebrate the diversity of our teams, offering cultural and ceremonial leave, as well as floating public holidays. We want to give you the time to properly celebrate and attend the holidays and events that are important to you.
