Liverpool St commercial tower is a proposed 15,100 sqm office building development in Hobart Tasmania. The project situated on the corner of Liverpool and Harrington Street is targeting a 5.5 Star NABERS, contains A Grade office accommodation and end-of-trip facilities accommodating 114 bicycles, and 32 carparks.

Project aim
The project provided much needed high-end commercial space in Hobarts CBD. It also unlocks a new pedestrian link from Harrington Street above the rivulet and a new pocket park that draws on the First Nations history and upstream landscape of the Hobart rivulet.
What we did
pitt&sherry provided multidisciplinary design, with our scope including civil, structural, traffic, environmental, geotechnical, flooding and rivulet-specific design advice.
